Astreinte 24/24 H, 365 jours par an
L'organisation d'une veille permanente 24h/24, 365 jours par an et la mobilisation du personnel est parfaitement intégrée dans la culture du service développée au sein de la société GIFFARD et ne pose aucune difficulté. Nous serons à votre disposition pour la mise au point des modalités d'intervention d'un tel service, si vous le désirez. Par exemple, pour certains de nos clients, notre personnel est présent sur site ou à proximité, du lundi au vendredi, de 8h à 17h et peut intervenir en cas d'urgence dans un délai inférieur à 30 minutes. En dehors de ces horaires, le délai d'intervention est d’environ 1h30 à 2h.
